We have been helping property managers and their communities since 1999. Our ability to navigate the nuances of condo environments is unsurpassed, and we do it seamlessly. We work closely with you to fully understand the needs and expectations of your community so that our presence won’t negatively impact your day-to-day responsibilities.
In the early years we only wanted to service condo communities but quickly discovered that we would also need to provide service to many commercial and retail clients. Many projects were well outside the GTA and located in areas other contractors weren’t willing to go. Although this was difficult, it would prove to be a blessing. Our willingness strengthened our relationships with those early clients, many of which we continue to service today. More importantly it exposed us to some unique opportunities that elevated our skills and knowledge. These skills would allow us to provide even greater help to all our future clients.
In 2007 we began working closely with many brilliant building engineers and consultants. Recognizing are abilities in problem solving, and our willingness to take on new challenges, they exposed us to building envelope and structural concrete construction processes. Those experiences have made us incredibly proficient in diagnosing causes of parking deck and exterior building envelope surface failures. Along the way we developed relationships with some of North Americas leading materials suppliers. Their knowledge would prove to be invaluable. They continue to expose us to cutting edge materials and processes that greatly enhance the services we’re able to provide.
Our thirst for new knowledge and skills development is what drives our unrelenting tenacity towards solving problems accurately and efficiently. Providing cost accurate, responsible solutions for you and your community is what has allowed us to help for over 25 years. In 2023 we became a generational company. Our vast knowledge and skills are being passed down so that we will be able to offer amazing solutions and help for many years to come.
